Both simple and elaborate dishes and menus are prepared with the same expertise, experience and excellence, by our award-winning chef Yannis. Top notch ingredients –fresh herbs, exotic spices, fruits and vegetables, fresh fish and seafood in particular– are transformed into terrific dishes! Chef Yannis prefers to cook with seasonal, local and renowned produce and delicacies, sourced from the various stops on Callistό’s itineraries around the Aegean Islands. The  result is a deliciously healthy and thoroughly authentic cusine. For wine lovers, we can make provisions for stellar Greek wines that can be enjoyed as aperitif, main course or dessert wines.
